Policy, Terms and Conditions

• Reservations can be made in advance by phone, online, or in person. We recommend making reservations ahead of time to secure your spot.
• Reservations arriving between June 15th through Labor Day must be paid in full 45 days prior to the arrival date.
• For reservations arriving between June 15th through Labor Day, cancellations must be made 45 days or more in advance or you will forfeit your deposit. Cancellations made more than 45 days in advance are subject a $10 cancellation fee, and the $3.50 reservation fee.
• If you cancel 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee, and the $3.50 reservation fee.
• If you cancel 7-14 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund minus the $3.50 reservation fee.
• No refunds available to cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date.
• No refunds will be given for early departures or due to weather conditions (excluding extreme weather such as hurricanes).
• Failure to arrive without prior notice may result in a one-night charge.

• Check-in time is from 12pm. If you plan to arrive later than 6pm, please notify our office in advance.
• Check-out time is at 12pm. Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees.

• We strive to maintain a peaceful and friendly environment. Please be considerate of your fellow campers by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours 10pm-7am.
• Speed limits within the park must be observed for the safety of all guests.
• Our RV Park offers Wi-Fi and full hook ups. Please utilize them responsibly and ensure they are left clean for the next guest.
• Any damages caused to park property or facilities due to negligence may be subject to repair charges.
• We have a fish cleaning station, a boat ramp, and limited boat dockage.

• We understand that pets are part of the family and welcome them in our RV Park.
• All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of your RV and should never be left unattended.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets promptly and properly.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings. Ms Lynn’s Old Pavilion RV Park is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained during your stay.
• Children should be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around water or potentially hazardous areas.

By staying at our RV Park, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave without refund in the event of non-compliance. Thank you for choosing our RV Park, and we hope you have a wonderful stay!
