We recently stayed here and had a great stay. Even if you don’t get a water site there is a small beach with chairs to watch sunset and a fishing pier. The owners are really nice and try to make your stay a great one. The local gas station / store may not look like much but it had a good selection, decent prices, and some of the best frozen steaks we have found this trip. We will be back!

The campground was excellent. We visited friends staying and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Close to the beach for sunny fun and a great crowd of campers that we met and hung out with. We will be back.

My boyfriend and I stayed from March 7th through March 14th and it was wonderful! Friendly staff and happy campers! The spots are a little close, but the neighbors were quiet or not around most of the time. We didn’t take our truck, so we didn’t have a way to go anywhere. Two different neighbors asked if they could bring us back anything when they went to the store. 🤩 We grilled, chilled, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will stay again the next time we travel down that way, for sure!

What a great little place. We where greeted as soon as we pulled in. What a Great person she is. She made sure to say hello everyday. The hook ups where very easy to use and all the people were so nice. Even know the Island is recovering from the storms the place was in great shape. We will be back for soon. Thanks Again Dave G

This is a beautiful and quiet place to get away from it all. The sunsets are mind blowing. We are going back soon. A tip....it is easy to miss the sign, but there is a large white rock at the end of the driveway - turn when you see it. The owners are super friendly and they love dogs, too.

Seems recovered from September 2024 hurricane that removed everything. A laid back spot on the water. We are self contained camper that don't need anything beyond hookups.Pleasant management. Quiet campground.

What a SWEET SPOT in Perry, FL!! Ms Lynn’s is a quiet, beautiful camp for the self contained RV. If you want a quiet, safe, down-home, friendly camp with STUNNING views, this is the place to be!! The camp host/owner, Dianthe, was FANTASTIC!! She greeted us when we arrived (and it was a late check-in due to our drive), checked to be sure we got settled in, and even hosted a New Year’s Eve bonfire! We can’t wait for our next visit!! Highly Recommend!!
