About Ms Lynn's Old Pavilion RV Park
Whether traveling solo or with family, Old Pavilion RV Park is the best destination to connect with nature while enjoying the peaceful views. Our campground is family-owned and operated and was established by Lynn in 1997. Though we have been servicing RV campers since then, we have owned the property since 1983. Now, we accommodate guests coming from all over the World who are excited about adventuring the Gulf Coast.
Our beloved mom, Ms Lynn, would say how much she loved watching the diamonds sparkle on the water and watching her guests enjoy her little piece of paradise. She left us this beauty to share with others. And we will continue to share her legacy, as she will live on through us.
In loving memory of our beautiful, sweet mom, Ms Lynn. 12/16/24

Our Location
A Different Kind of Stay on Keaton Beach
Tucked along the quiet shoreline of Keaton Beach, just outside of Perry, Ms. Lynn’s offers something you won’t find in larger, more built-up destinations. This isn’t a resort filled with amenities or constant activity. It’s a place for slowing down, settling in, and experiencing the Gulf the way it’s meant to be.
The park itself is simple and comfortable. Full hookups, room to park, and the basics you need for an easy stay. But what brings guests back year after year isn’t what’s built here, it’s what surrounds it.
Evenings at Keaton Beach have a rhythm of their own. The sun drops low over the Gulf, casting light across the water in a way that feels almost still. It’s the kind of sunset that makes you stop what you’re doing without thinking twice. Mornings follow quietly, with calm water, soft light, and a sense that time isn’t rushing you along.

This part of Florida’s Big Bend has never been about polish, and it never will be. Over the years, storms have passed through and reshaped pieces of the coastline. Hurricanes like Hurricane Idalia and Hurricane Helene have left their mark on the park, just as they have across the region. But the heart of this place remains unchanged.
The water is still here. The horizon is still wide open. And the feeling of being right on the edge of the Gulf, away from everything else, is still what defines a stay at Ms. Lynn’s.
For guests who value quiet, space, and a connection to the water, this isn’t just a place to park. It’s a place you return to.
